"For your health!"

Every day I read about a new diet, a new drug, a new chemical that we are told to ingest. I'm not an expert. I'm a 24 year old student. But what I do have is firsthand experience on how these toxins can hurt us. This blog will be about nutrition, holistic cures, hidden toxins to avoid, revealing lies we're told, ect. I'll share healthy recipies (some vegan, some vegetarian, some just for fun), and fitness tips as well. It won't be all doom and gloom, it won't just be my opinions. I'll be sharing lots of research, but with a clear cut analysis for those who want quick reading. One promise I'll make..this blog will always be fluoride-free!

If you’re trying to lose weight, these should be your new best friends. Especially if you’re a boredom our stress eater. When you want to Munch on something, don’t eat bready, fatty, or sugary foods. Drinking water all day is the number one step to losing weight, and it’s just good for you! Apples are filling, and full of fiber! I have 3/4 cup of cereal and an apple for breakfast every day. And they’re a great snack between meals. Besides drinking water, eating watery foods between meals works wonders. I choose celery and cucumber, because they are not sugary like watery fruits. Plus I love the taste! Drinking water and eating such foods will keep you from binging. And they aren’t just empty junk calories, but healthy! Yum :)
